City Electrical Services complies with all government regulations, and our electrical engineers always wear masks and gloves on every job. Additionally, we maintain social distancing between clients and technicians while their jobs are completed. As part of our commitment to keeping our customers and our families safe, if you are experiencing any of the Covid-19 symptoms listed on the NHS website, or if you have been told to self-isolate, please let us know right away so we can rebook your appointment. If we, in turn have been asked to self-isolate or are experiencing symptoms, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity to re-book any work.

While we are on site, you may wish to wear a mask yourself, open windows to allow more ventilation and sanitise any fixtures and fittings after we leave.

If we can, we will provide quotes over the phone or request photos to be sent to reduce our contact.

While most of our clients do not have close contact with us, we do keep a diary of our visits to ensure that we follow government guidelines.
